Ohayo gozaimasu:)
okeei~i shall start off with sushi making!
woke up around 8.45
ate breakfast and started
messing in the kitchen:D
started making the sushi rice&
added in all the ingredients needed and cook it:)
waited around 15mins till the rice was cooked
and then scoped it out into a plastic bowl.
mixed the vinegar,salt&sugar with the rice and stir
and off to make sushies:DD
basically the whole table was messed up by me:)
im just a rookie okaes..
added in japanese cucumber and crab meat
and it taste oishii!
the only thing i find not matching was the seaweed
it was kinda rough not so smooth like the ones that are
really made by professionals..

*the sushies were disfigured because the knife
wasn't sharp when cut..*
we actually took 45mins to get it done
